All watches comes with packages and documents as well as manufactor warranty. While the incidence of defects in new watches is extremely low, there may be occasions in which warranty work becomes necessary. In some case warranty work may also handled by Koosh Jewelers to insure quick and timely turn around time such as watch sizing and battery change. In addition, Koosh Jewelers keeps detailed sales records so that we may better answer your questions regarding past purchases (such as warranty work or insurance appraisals in the event of loss).

All watches sold by Koosh Jewelers are guaranteed to be 100% genuine and have been overhauled and polished. Most warranty work requires simple procedures or battery replacement. However in the event of a return for repairs of watches under warranty, Koosh Jewelers reserves the right to replace or repair the watch at our discretion. Water damage or damage due to neglect or misuse is not covered by any manufacturer or Koosh Jewelers. The warranty does include one cleaning and battery replacement in quartz movement.
Koosh Jewelers will not be responsible for any shipping charges unless otherwise arranged, or damage due to neglect or misuse of the watch. While Koosh Jewelers makes every attempt to make sure that the defects in our vintage and certified preowned watches are low by servicing and overhauling every preowned watch we sell, there may be occasions in which warranty work becomes necessary. In such cases, the watch will need to be returned to Koosh Jewelers for service. Any work performed on your watch outside of Koosh Jewelers, will be at the expense of you, the buyer. In addition, unauthorized service will result in voiding the warranty of the watch. At our discretion we might authorize some miner work but a purchase order must be obtained from Koosh Jewelers.
